Personal brand site design for a software & game engineer
A personal portfolio concept designed for a software engineer and game developer, built to read like a studio product launch rather than a traditional CV-style portfolio.
Engineering portfolios tend to default to a plain list of repos and a headshot. For someone whose work is real-time rendering and gameplay feel, the site itself needed to demonstrate craft (motion, performance and precision), not just describe it.
The layout pairs a near-black canvas with a single warm orange accent, a bold geometric type system, and a mouse-reactive glow behind the hero. A looping marquee surfaces the technical stack (C++, Unreal, Vulkan, shaders) as texture rather than a bullet list, and every stack tag lifts on hover to keep the page feeling alive while staying out of the way of the content.
A design concept built and coded end-to-end, delivered as a ready-to-implement personal site for a game and software engineer's portfolio.
